Summer Fun

Well as life flys by I continue to be an awful blogger. My book this year is going to be empty of details.
So this post is going to be full of stupid little details that are all in a jumble. So DJ really wanted a tool box for his birthday in Aug and I really wanted to surprise him with it but he of course realized I was stashing away money for it and there went the surprise so he got it early.

My parents invited us to RINGO STAR concert at the Usana. We thought it was so funny to watch all the older generation dance and party. I didn't even know half of the songs but it was a GREAT night out.

The Country Club just opened up a new pool and my Mom and I decided to go up and try it out one day. IT WAS FABULOUS!
(do you see what I meant when I said random)

The last weekend in July we drove down to Green River for a Watkin Family reunion.

We camped out and floated down the river the next day. Harley and I got some sun on the beach while they floated down. IT WAS SO HOT the sand was burning our paws!

That Sunday I flew out to Vegas for work to go to the World Market. We got so much cute amazing things for Osmonds it is going to be a great fresh look for the store.
The last day I was there my Mom and Dad flew into Vegas so my Mom met us and shopped for awhile it was so fun to have her around and see what market is all about.
I flew home on DJ's Birthday so we could spend a little time together. He went out shooting with his buds and then came back and played poker. I feel awful he didn't get a cake or any presents on his birthday! Thankfully he kind of got a birthday weekend. His Mom and Rand came and took him for his favorite Sushi the next night. Then my parents took us up to Park City for the Arts festival and dinner at Bandits.

On a very random side note. (you know us we always have to talk about Harley) At Market they give you all kinds of free stuff and I got this wolf stuffed animal, well Harley LOVES it. One day I came home and he had his wolf and giraffe stuffed animal and Dj's remote control car all in a pile at the top of the stairs. I laughed my butt off. He loves his toys.
