so to those of you who might not know me very well... .My mom is an AMAZING Florist and I've been wanting to learn for years. Some day I hope to be a wedding planner/interior designer. Haha I know wild dream. Anyway so Brooke asked me to do her wedding and I am so excited to finally start a portfolio. So, Mom came over and helped me put together my first Bridal bouquet.
It turned out cute. She wanted lots of fuchsia pink, wanted gerberas, and she wanted it smaller and not a ball. Haha I hope I succeeded. When I do her wedding I'll post more!
Then Osmonds had Mom make a floral for the showroom and it sold in like a week. So they asked her to make a few more.... Well my Mom being the amazing women she is had me help her so I could learn and I even did one all on my own. My work loves them and I can't wait to see how fast they sale. Thanks Mom for helping me with all my learning. You've been a fabulous teacher.
This is the one I did. You can tell not quite as artistic but still I'm proud of myself.
Then Last night Dj called me at like 6 and said "I won JAZZ tickets at work". So we all hurried and got "pretty" as Dj said and took off to Salt Lake.
They were playing the Raptors? Don't have a clue who they are but they lost. It was a good game. We even had pretty good seats. Like row 8 or something so pretty decent.
WE WERE EVEN ON THE KISS CAM! But we didn't even kiss.... We were talking and all of a sudden all the people around us were yelling "KISS KISS KISS" and we looked over and then it switched to the next couple! I was so bummed. I have always wanted to be on the Kiss Cam! It was our five seconds of fame.
The most exciting part for me was the cute dancers at part time. Ha ha..... Had to take a picture.......
Dj and I made fun of this guy for hours. He apparently got drafted in 07 and he is Dj's age. He was so awkward and goofy. fenski? or something was his last name. He was our entertainment.
We didn't get any pictures of us at the game so this is our after shot at home!
Then Dj got this grand idea that he would make a "Dart". Like one you can blow out a straw. I guess someone at work hit him with one so he was ganna get his revenge. haha.... He loves projects like this. He is so goofy. I love that about him!
Then last of all my adorable husband brought me roses home and some MILK (Which is my favorite drink in all the world). It was so sweet. He kept telling me..."I got them for no reason, so you have to tell everyone it was for no reason" He loves getting credit for his good charms. I love you babe.

You are too funny! Milk is always a dreamy surprise! :) I just thought that part was funny....flowers and...milk! Good job DJ on being so thoughtful. Your flowers turned out really cute for her bridals...did she like them? I always wished that I would have gotten more invovled in the flowers when Mom was willing to teach...now days I just get to d-thorn flowers if I help. The Jazz game looked fun...but it's just not the same without Stockton. Thanks for the update...I like hearing what's up with you guys!

So for some reason, my page isn't showing that you updated your blog. I'm totally bummed that I've missed like your last three blogs. Anyway, you have an awesome hubby! Tell DJ good job! Like Ashley, I thought it was cute that he brought you flowers and milk! Love it! And totally jealous of all the floral lessons from Mom! Well, see you this week! Yeah! :)
I didn't know your mom was a florist.. then again why would I know that... My friend and I have acually started a wedding and home design business! Tangerine Etc. haha interesting name... any who too bad you don't live down here! you could do it with us!
