It is a lake just before Mirror Lake up in Kamas. It was breath taking.
The day we went up it had snowed all morning up there. When we got there most of it had melted (THANK HEAVENS). We met 10 of our friends who had been up there all week.
It got pretty chilly at night. We spent most the time huddled around the fire.

The Boys all went shooting on a nature walk. I think they got a few squirrels.

Everyone of the couples up there had a dog except for Dj and I! I want a dog so so so so so bad.
This one is Kimber. She is a Great Dane and only 8 months old. She was HUGE!
Some of the guys up there had made this HUGE Potato Gun. It shot so far. It had quite a kick to it too.
Then the weekend before Dj, me, Nicole, Matt, Joey, and Brooke all went down to the Demolition Derby in Nephi. It was so much fun. After it was over we went more down to the hot pot in Fillmore..... Then drove home that night it was almost an all nighter which is unusual for Dj and I. It's crazy how much you sleep once your married. Who ever would have thought 10 would be our BEDTIME! We are officially lame.
Any way it was a great two weekends. We have two more good ones to come. We are going up to Oktoberfest this weekend and staying at Snowbird. Then on labor day we are staying in Park City. So more fun posts to come....... Love you all!

That lake looks awesome! I would love to camp somewhere like that. And, the demo derby looks fun - - too bad you can't come tomorrow! Oktoberfest? really??? yuk! Anyway, Snowbird sounds fun! I love that being married gets you to bed early. I remember wondering how in the world we ever stayed up so late before. You two are still the cutest couple ever.
hahahaha Nick is from Kamas!!! I get to go up there in 2 weeks for his best friend's homecoming! But geez you guys have WAY too much fun!! I'm totally jealous!
Wow! How do you do it? Phil and I can only handle big eventful weekends every once in awhile. Then we always tend to take it slow for a bit! Anyway, you guys are so adorable, and you really want a dog? I don't know about that. Keep us updated on your next couple weeks! :)
